Exercise:
Exercise not only keeps the body fresh and active, but always avoid an exercise which loads on the joints.
Break During the work:
If you keep working for hours on a chair, be careful, that such would be a cause of a pain in your joints, take a short break during your work, walking sometime is very beneficial.
Lose your weight:
If you are overweight, try to lose your weight, because heavy weight loads joints causing pain.
Strengthen your muscles:
Make your muscles stronger, so always select the best exercise for muscles.
Get massages:
Massage increases the body blood flow, so joints will get more blood, it would be better if you hit softly, ice or warm objects on the pain area.
Painkillers:
If you want to use painkillers, use Aspirin, it improves the blood cycle, which gets rid of the arthritis.
