1. For dry skin add three tablespoons of sugar with 1 to 2 tablespoons oil mix. Best apply the scrub in the shower, as it can leave quite a mess. Gently in circular motion on the skin, leave on short wash.
2. The sugar rub away the dead skin cells, while the baby oil makes the skin silky smooth. However, do not apply in the face, because the sugar grains are too coarse for it. For a particularly good effect, pat skin dry lightly with a towel after showering.
3. Allow some creamy honey on the dry lips and leave. The vitamins contained in honey, protein, minerals and moisturizers penetrate the epidermis and regenerate them. Because honey has anti inflammatory, it also speeds up the healing of small cracks.
4. We love colorful nail polish but the color pigments contained therein can discolor the nails despite a base coat. In light yellowish nails squeeze half a lemon into a small bowl and keep the nails into the juice. The citric acid removes stains and whitens nails. After the citrus bath wash their hands and maintain the nails with a little oil.
5. Just soak a tea bag in warm water and squeeze. Then place on the closed eyes, leave for 20 minutes and just relax. The Tannic acid in black tea reduces swelling and soothes the skin. Hands before bed with 1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil rub, pull cotton gloves over it and have it collected the oil overnight. Olive oil causes a strong skin moisturizing.
